How it works
Sign Agreement
Clinics register with TangCore and sign a service agreement to join the platform.
List or Browse Devices
Device owners list available equipment by time slots. Clinics can browse and request bookings.
Scheduling & Matching
The system confirms availability and coordinates logistics between both parties. Upon receiving your booking request, our team will call you within 15 minutes to confirm logistics details.
Please note: Requests within 48 hours are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed.
Delivery & Installation
TC medical handles secure transport and professional on-site setup. If clinical assistance during treatment is required, please indicate this in your booking notes. Additional charges will apply.
Usage & Return
After completion, devices will be retrieved as scheduled.
Please note: If cancellation occurs after delivery has arrived on-site, round-trip logistics fees will still apply.
